واقع البحث العلمي في المخابر الجامعية الجزائرية وآفاقه التنموية

الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال، واقع البحث العلمي في المخابر الجامعية الجزائرية باعتبارها من أهم الهياكل العلمية والبحثية المستحدثة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي على المستوى العالمي والمحلي، وذلك بالتركيز على الجانب التنموي لها، لأن وظائف الجامعة اختلفت حيث لم يعد ينظر لها على أنها مؤسسة علمية فقط بل أنها مؤسسة علمية بحثية تعنى بخدمة المجتمع، وهذا ما أدى إلى إنشاء مخابر للبحث داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي. وقد تم التركيز على واقع المخابر الجامعية بالنظر إلى أهميتها في عملية الإنتاج المعرفي، وبحث احتياجات المجتمع التنموية، لتحقيق مستويات متقدمة في إنجاز بحوث علمية قادر على تطوير الأداء التنموي. ويتلخص هدف هذا البحث، في محاولة تقريب صورة الراهن العلمي في مخابر البحث الجامعية، وذلك بإبراز دور هذه المخابر في عملية الإنتاج المعرفي من خلال مقاربة الواقع الاجتماعي وما يحويه من مشكلات ومحاولة تقديم حلول لها في الوقت نفسه. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود واقع غير مرضي للبحث العلمي في مخابر البحث، وضعف الارتباط بين مخابر البحث والمؤسسات المجتمعية أدى إلى التأخر في مشاريع التنمية الشاملة. الكلمات المفتاح: الجامعة؛ البحث العلمي؛ مخابر البحث؛ الإنتاج المعرفي؛ التنميـــة. This article deals with the reality of scientific research in Algerian university laboratories, as one of the most important scientific and research structures developed in higher education institution at the global and local level by focusing on its developmental side because the functions of the university differed as it is no longer seen as a scientific institution only, but rather as a scientific research institution concerned with community service this is what led to the establishment for scientific research within institutions of higher education emphasis was placed on the reality of university laboratories, given their importance in the process of knowledge production and discuss the developmental needs of society to achieve advanced levels in the completion of scientific research capable of developing developmental performance. The aim of this research is to try to approximate the image of the scientific present in the Algerian university research laboratories, by highlighting the role of these laboratories in the process of cognitive production through the social reality approach, and the problems it contains and trying to provide solutions to them at the same time. This study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of an unsatisfactory reality for scientific research in research laboratories and community institutions, which led to delays in comprehensive development projects.
