الملخص
ملخص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع طرائق التدريس النشطة واستراتيجيات التعلم والتحصيل الدراسي ورشات التفكير المشترك –أنموذجا- قدمت في خلالها الباحثة طريقة عمل حديثة في مجال التدريس، بهدف الكشف عن أحد أهم طرق التدريس النشطة الحديثة من أجل تحسين أداء المدرسين، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال أدوات قياس أهمها جمع البيانات ، ووضع الفرضيات. انتهى البحث إلى نتائج إيجابية من أهمها أن هذه الطريقة من شأنها أن تساهم في تربية الفرد في إطار الجماعة. لذلك يوصى بها. كلمات مفتاحية: إصلاحات، كفاءات، ورشات، منشط، ملاحظ. Abstract: The study dealt with the topic of active teaching methods, learning strategies and academic achievement, joint thinking workshops - a model - in which the researcher presented a modern method of work in the field of teaching, with the aim of uncovering one of the most important modern active teaching methods in order to improve the performance of teachers, based on the descriptive curriculum, from Through measuring tools, the most important of which are data collection and hypothesis. The research ended with positive results, the most important of which is that this method contributes to raising the individual within the group. Therefore it is recommended.
