Agricultural And Industrial Investment In Algeria: Banking Framework

Abstract
This article aims to compare the financing of agricultural and industrial investment files in Algeria, with shedding light on the method adopted by the banker during the study of files related to these two sectors. This paper revealed that the banking study in terms of from is carried out in the same way, whether for an agricultural or industrial investment case, but the differences are implicit, come from external legal factors linked to the texts in force in Algeria, represented by the laws on the subsidization of the interest rate on investment credit. In addition, the internal technical factors linked to the sectorial nature of the project, such as: method of determining turnover, the accounting principle, the guarantees required and the credit amortization table.
