" قراءة سوسيولوجية لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية من بلدان الساحل الإفريقي: الجزائر أنموذجاً "

الملخص
يعالج المقال جانباً مهماً من القضايا المتعلّقة بالهجرة غير الشرعية، والمتمثّل في رصد جملة الأسباب الذاتية والموضوعية الدافعة إلى خيار الهجرة غير القانونية من بلدان الساحل الإفريقي نحو أوروبا، وبالتحديد لدى فئة الشباب. والتي تقف خلفها تراكمات وترسبات صعّدت من تنامي الظاهرة، وهي ترسبات تضرب بجذورها في عمق مسار التنشئة الاجتماعية على المستوى الفردي من جهة، وإلى تأثيرات مخرجات التأزم الاقتصادي، والقمع السياسي، وهشاشة الهيكلة الثقافية وتوجهاتها، وإفراغ مضامين المناهج التربوية من أبعادها القيمية، مع ما أتاحته العولمة من فضاء مفتوح ممثلا في وسائل التواصل على المستوى الجمعي من جهة أخرى. وفي هذا السياق تناولنا ماهية الهجرة والهجرة غير الشرعية، -مع بسطٍ لخلفيات ظهور وتطور مفهوم الهجرة في بلدان المغرب العربي (دول الساحل الإفريقي)-، مع التأكيد على خصوصية مشاريع التنمية في الجزائر وأثرها على تنامي وتداعي ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية لاسيما فترة ما بعد الاستقلال، كما يرمي المقال إلى الكشف عن جملة الأسباب والعوامل التي تقف خلف هذه الظاهرة. Abstract: This article addresses an important aspect of issues related to illegal immigration,which is monitoring the subjective and objective reasons to illegal immigration from the countries of the Sahel to Europe, especially young people. Behind this phenomenon are accumulations and deposits, rooted in the depth of the socialization process at the individual level, on one hand,And the effects of the outputs of the economic crisis, political repression, the fragility of the cultural structure and its orientations, and the emptying of the contents of the educational curricula of their value dimensions. With the open space provided by globalization represented by the means of communication at the collective, level on the other hand. In this context, we dealt with what is immigration and illegal immigration, with a simplification of the backgrounds of the emergence and development of the concept of migration in the countries of the Maghreb (countries of the Sahel of Africa). With an emphasis on the specificity of development projects in the countries of the Arab Maghreb and their impact on the growth and collapse of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, especially the post-independence period, this article also aims to reveal a set of causes and factors behind this phenomenon
