تعزيز الإبداع في المؤسسات من خلال تمكين العاملين كأحد آليات تحقيق التميز على المنافسين

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تمكين العاملين بتسليط الضوء على أبعاده المتمثلة في كل من: الحرية والاستقلالية، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات، فرق العمل الذاتية، التأثير والتدريب، ودوره في تحقيق الإبداع في المؤسسات. ومفهوم التمكين هو إستراتيجية قائمة على تشجيع العاملين على تحمّل المسؤولية لتطوير طريقة أداء أعمالهم، وتعتمد أساسا على الثقة المتبادلة بين الإدارة والعاملين من خلال تحفيزهم وإشراكهم في اتخاذ القرارات وبناء العلاقات وقنوات الاتصال، وتجاوز الحدود التنظيمية بين الإدارة والعاملين، بحيث يتم وضعهم في مركز تحمّل مسؤولية قراراتهم التي شاركوا في اتخاذها مع الإدارة العليا، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى رفع دافعيتهم للإنجاز والإبداع وتقديم الأفكار الخلاقة التي تدفع بالمؤسسة نحو زيادة تميزها واكتساب المزايا التنافسية التي تضمن لها الاستمرارية والريادة في مجال نشاطها.This study aims to highlight the importance of empowering workers by highlighting its dimensions represented by: independence, communication and information sharing, self-work teams, influence and training, and its role in achieving creativity in organizations. The concept of empowerment is a strategy based on encouraging employees to take responsibility for developing the way they do their work, and it mainly depends on the mutual trust between management and workers by motivating them and involving them in decision-making and building relationships and communication channels, and it transcends the organizational boundaries between management and workers, so that they are placed in the center of responsibility for their decisions that they took part in with senior management. This is what leads to raising their motivation for achievement and creativity and introducing creative ideas that push the institution towards increasing its distinction and gaining competitive advantages that ensure continuity and leadership in its field of activity.
