الملخص
الملخص :تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة مدى توفر متطلبات تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وفقا لنموذج كوبيت دراسة حالة لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة، تم تصميم إستبيان وتوزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة والذي بلغ عددهم 40 موظفاً؛ حيث تم استخدام برنامج الإحصائية ( SPSS 0.22) من اجل تحليل البيانات والإجابة على الفرضيات،توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تتمتع بمستوى عال من حوكمة تكنولوجيا وفق النموذج ما يؤيد أن المؤسسة توفر بيئة إدارية مثلى لإدارة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأيضا توفرها على الهياكل الازمة لتحقيق الإستدامة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الفوائد المنتظرة من جهة وتقليل المخاطر من جهة أخرى. Abstract : This study aims to find out the availability of the requirements of the implementation of IT governance according to the COBIT model in Algeria Telecom company - Unit Ouargla. To answer the research questions. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed in the study society, which consists of forty employees in this Unite. Statistical package for the social sciences ( SPSS 0.22) was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results indicate that The Telecom company - Unit has a high level of IT governance. that provides an optimal control environment to perform a good managing of information technology, also, to identify the necessary structures to achieve the sustainability role of information technology as well as their objectives, on the other hand, reducing risks.
