تأثير العولمة على الحقوق التفاوضية للعمال

الملخص
أدت العولمة إلى تغير البيئة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتراجع دائرة الحماية الاجتماعية نتيجة سياسات الإصلاح الهيكلي والخوصصة وفتح الباب أمام الاستثمار سواء أمام الوطنين الخواص أو الأجانب. كل هذه الظروف جعلت بعض مكاسب العمال تتراجع نتيجة انسحاب الدولة من تنظيم المجال الاجتماعي واقتصارها بالحد الأدنى الذي يضمن لها فرض النظام العام الاجتماعي. بعد ما خلفته العولمة من أثار سلبية على قانون العمل عامة وعلى الحق العمال في التفاوض مع المستخدم بصفة خاصة. Globalization has led to a change in the economic and social environment and a decline in the circle of social protection as a result of structural reform and privatization policies, and it has opened the door to investment, whether for private citizens or foreigners. All these circumstances made some workers' gains diminish as a result of the state’s withdrawal from organizing the social field and limiting it to the minimum that guarantees it the imposition of general social order. After the negative effects of globalization on the labor law in general and the right of workers to negotiate with the employee in particular.
