Résumé
The COVID-19 health crisis is unprecedented in Algeria, affecting the national economy and private investment, particularly the tourism sector. hotel and travel agencies, and the exploitation of febrile waters, beaches and other related activities, and this is the effect of putting in place measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic Which has become a global pandemic that affected all countries, and these measures have negatively affected tourism, such as limiting movement to and from abroad, imposing partial home quarantine, and preventing all gatherings that would transmit disease between people. The basis of these preventive measures is to protect public health as one of the basic components To the Public Order.In this crisis, the State has adopted several regulatory measures in order to support investments specialy tourist activity, it is measures: the adjustment of the rule of majority national participation in the capital from FDI to attract foreign investment in this sector, and the provision of fiscal and financial aid necessary to maintain private initiative and business in difficulty.
