Résumé
Le conflit du Sahara occidental est un exemple marquant de conflits gelés et est considéré comme le dernier cas de colonisation en Afrique entre les deux voisins de l'Algérie dans le Meghreb arabe. Le quatrième comité des Nations Unies a considéré et marqué la question comme un cas anti-colonisation. Les efforts marocains et sa collision avec le roi d'Espagne Franco qui a accordé la terre au Maroc plutôt qu'à leurs propriétaires légitimes et à leur seul représentant légitime "Le Polisario". Cette évolution a conduit à ce que l'on a appelé «la manifestation rouge » vers le territoire algérien, virilement dans la province de Tendouf réclamant le président algérien « Houari BOUMEDIENE». Par la suite, une campagne de libération a grandement contribué aux attaques réussies des visages du POLISARIO, fait qui a poussé la partie marocaine à la table des négociations et à la création d'une mission internationale pour organiser un référendum d'autodétermination. Abstract: The western Sahara conflict is a prominent example of frozen conflicts, and is considered as the last case of colonization in Africa between two Algeria's neighbors in the Arab Meghreb. The forth committee of the United Nations considered and marked the issue as anti-colonization case despite. The Moroccan efforts and its collision with Spain's King Franco that granted the land to Morocco rather than their legitimate owners and their sole legitimate representative "The Polisario". This development led to what became known as 'the red demonstration" towards the Algerian territory, manly into Tendouf province demanding Algerian President "Houari BOUMEDIENE". Thereafter, a liberation compaign strated greatly from successful attacks of the POLISARIO faces, A fact that has driven the Moroccan side to the negotiation table and the creation of an international mission to organize a referendum for self-determination.
