تقييم فعالية الأداء الاستراتيجي لتركيا في دول الشرق الأوسط والقرن الإفريقي

الملخص
ملخص: برز اسم تركيا في العديد من النقاشات الأخيرة حول النفوذ الخارجي في دول الشرق الأوسط ودول شرق إفريقيا، حيث باتت تركيا لاعبا جيوسياسي مهما ومحيّراً تأرجحت سياساته مع توسع دوره. ما جعل التخمينات بشأن دوافع الدور الجديد الذي خرجت به، تتباين في قراءات عدّة، منها مؤيّد يعتبرها قوة خيّرة دافعها سياسة خارجية مبادرة وإنسانية، ومنها معارض يصنّفها قوة خطيرة توسُعيّة تسعى في خطوات حثيثة لإحياء دولة عثمانية جديدة. إذن هي قراءات مختلفة يمكن أن نبرهن حقيقتها بمحاولة منّا إعادة إستتقراء واقع الأداء الإستراتيجي الذي قدمته تركيا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط الكبير وما بعده. كما نضع تقييما يثبت مدى فاعلية وحجم تأثير هذا الأداء في تلك المناطق. Abstract: The name of Turkey has emerged in many recent discussions about external influence in the Middle East countries and horn of Africa, as Turkey has become an important and bewildering geopolitical player whose policies have fluctuated as his role expanded. Which led to the speculation about the motives for the new role that came out with it varied in several readings, including a supporter who considered it a benevolent force motivated by an initiative of foreign policy and humanitarian, whereas, opponents classified it as a dangerous expansionist force seeking in vigorous steps to revive a new Ottoman state. So, they are different visions that can be proven by trying to extrapolate the reality of the strategic performance presented by Turkey in the broader Middle East region and beyond. We also establish an evaluation that proves the effectiveness and magnitude of the impact of this performance in those areas.
