المقاربات الجيوسياسية في منطقة البحر المتوسط: المجال الحيوي والموارد

الملخص
تُقدم الرؤية الراهنة للعالم بنية هندسية حركية جديدة لمشهد النزاع العالمي في القرن الحادي والعشرون، تتعاطى على مستواها الإستراتيجيات القومية للقوى الإقليمية والدولية، تجاوبا للتحولات الدولية وما طرحته من ميلاد لتفاعلات أمنية متعددة، اتساقا وطبيعة الرهانات الأمنية الجديدة التي تتحكم في أساساتها توزيع مصادر الطاقة في الجيوسياسية الطاقوية العالمية. يُبرهن صراع الموارد المستقبلي لضمان أمن إمداد المورد الإستراتيجي الحيوي على واقع الوجود الإستراتيجي للقوى الدولية في إقليم حوض المتوسط، كمجال جيوسياسي يعكس رهانات جيوإستراتيجية في بؤرة التفاعل الأمني الأكثر استقطابا للطموحات الأمنية للقوى الراغبة في لعب أدوار قيادية أو تعديلية في إطار اللعبة الجيوبوليتيكية الكبرى الجديدة. The current vision of the world presents a new dynamic architecture for the 21st century global conflict scene, which addresses the national strategies of the regional and international powers in response to the international transformations giving birth to multiple security interactions, consistent with the nature of the new security bets whose fundamentals are governed by the distribution of energy sources in geopolitics. The conflict of future resources to ensure the security of the dynamic strategic resource supply demonstrates the reality of the strategic presence of the international forces in the Mediterranean space, as geopolitical area reflects geostrategic bets at the center of the security interaction; that is more attractive to the security ambitions of the forces that wish to play leadership or transformational roles in the new major geopolitical game.
