الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الاستشراف في تنسيق مخرجات الجامعة الجزائرية بسوق العمل، حيث يرتبط نجاح فعل التنمية الوطنية في الجزائر بمتغّيرات كثيرة، نجد من أهمها ربط الاستشراف بالجامعة و سوق العمل، حيث بالنّظر لمشكلة غياب تنسيق بين الجامعة و سوق العمل في الجزائر يتّضح بأنّها تتعلّق بغياب إعداد دراسة مستقبليّة لها. فعلاقة هذه المشكلة بالاستشراف مهمّة و مصيرية خصوصا لفئة الشباب الجزائري المتخرّج من المؤسّسات الجامعية. تسعى هذه الدراسة لتفسير الدور الذي يؤدّيه الاستشراف في عملية التنمية المجتمعية و ذلك من خلال تفعيل سوق العمل لاستغلال مخرجات الجامعة الجزائرية بما يتماشى مع التطورات العالمية. توصّلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها أن سبب غياب تنسيق بين مخرجات الجامعة و سوق العمل الجزائري يكمن في قلة الأخذ بالاستشراف في صناعة القرارات السياسية و الاقتصادية و نقص العمل به ميدانيا. Abstract: This study investigates the role of propspects in coordinating the outputs of the Algerian university in labor market. Succeeding the act of national development in Algeria is linked to many variables. One of the most important variables is linking projection to the university and to labor market. Considering the problem of lack of coordination between the university and labor market in Algeria, we can identify its relationship to the lack of preparing a future study for it. This problem relationship to prospecting is important and crucial, especially for Algerian youth graduated from university. This study tends to explain the prospects role in social development by activating labor market to benefit of the Algerian university outputs in line with global developments. Several conclusions can be made, but the most prominent is that the reason for the lack of coordination between university outputs and Algerian labor market lies in the lack of introduction of prospects in political and economic decision-making process and the lack of real-time work.
