This article reveals in general the importance of public relations in achieving the objectives of tourism organizations, through focus on its unrivaled role and their effective effectiveness in improving the relationship of any tourist organization with its masses at the internal and external levels. Trust and commitment are a key slogan in this scientific discipline to overcome the threshold of success and achieve the objectives of providing an atmosphere of cooperation, tolerance, understanding and giving. Public relations occupy an important place as a practice in the conduct of tourism agencies and travel relationships with their audiences. This is illustrated by this study, which is interested by measuring tourist trends towards the staff of tourism and travel agencies in the eastern Algerian, specifically in the states of Guelma, Annaba and El-Tarf, and to assess their public relations skills.
