الدولة القومية والهُوية القومية زمن العولمة.

الملخص
الملخص: تشكل ظاهرة العولمة دعوى جديدة لظهور قوميات جديدة، تهدد كيان الدولة القومية؛ ولا شك بأن مسألة الهوية، والأقليات القومية، من بين القضايا الأكثر حضورا في الساحة الدولية، ومما يقره منطوق القانون الدولي. وتعد العولمة معطى جديد، يؤثر سلبا، وإيجابا على الدولة القومية ذات السيادة، لأن الكوكبية، ساهمت بالإسراع في معرفة مجريات المآزق التي تتعرض لها الأقليات القومية في العالم بالصوت والصوة. وتعتبر مسألة الهوية،والأقلياتزمن العولمة، من جهة، من القضايا التي تنزع نحو العنف احيانا بدعوى الانفصال عن الدولة القومية، وإقامة دولة مستقلة، وهذا أمر يهدد كيان الدولة القومية، ومن جهة ثانية،فإنها دعوة في سبيل الاندماج الذي يفضي إلى تسوية وضعية الأقليات، وانصهارها في كيان الدولة القومية الواحدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدولة القومية؛ الهوية القومية؛ السيادة القومية؛ العولمة؛ الاندماج؛ العنف. Abstract: The phenomenon of globalization constitutes a pretext for the emergence of new nationalities which threaten the entity of the nation-state; There is no doubt that the question of identity and national minorities is one of the most frequent questions on the international scene and is recognized by the machinery of international law. Globalization is a new factor, which negatively and positively affects the sovereign nation state, as the planetary system has helped to speed up the knowledge of the difficult situations of national minorities in the world through sound and image. On the one hand, the question of identity and minorities is considered, in the era of globalization, one of the questions that tend to violence, sometimes under the pretext of separating from the nation-state and establish an independent state, which threatens the entity of the nation state, and on the other hand, it is a call for integration leading to the settlement of the status of minorities and its integration into the entity of the single nation state.
