This research is in the field of linguistics, that is considered in general the science in which many branches are related, we make mention of: dialectology, which studies the characteristics of dialects in a single language, whether it is the Amazigh or the Arabic, or any other language, they appear in the phonemic, syntactic, semantic, and morphological differences. In our work that generally refers to the basic concepts of the subject from the concept of language, linguistics, dialectology, as well as the concept of linguistic differences which we highlighted between two dialects or two linguistic variants in the Amazigh language of Algeria (Chaouia, Kabylia), Where we give examples between these two variables, These examples are for such names, or food terms, in each of these dialects, And how do the speakers call these variables for each of these dishes, from one dialect to another, as we also clarified where the linguistic difference appears at one of the levels of the Amazigh language, either at the phonemic level, the morphological level or the lexical one, then we touched upon highlighting the linguistic differences that appear even in one dialect from among these dialects, whether it is the chaoui dialect and its speech, or the kabyle dialect and its speech.
