الملخص
ملخص: يعد الحق في النفاذ إلى المعلومة أحد الحقوق والحريات الأساسية التي تعترف بها معظم الأنظمة الديمقراطية في العالم، باعتباره ركيزة أساسية في تكريس منظومة الحقوق بصفة عامة، فهو قاعدة أساسية في تجسيد حرية التعبير، وركيزة مهمة في تحقيق وتعزيز مبدأ الشفافية والمساءلة في عمل مؤسسات الدولة، ومكافحة مظاهر الفساد فيها، تحقيقا لمقتضيات الحكم الرشيد. كلمات مفتاحية: الديمقراطية، الحكم الرشيد، الشفافية، حرية التعبير، حقوق الانسان. Abstract: The right to access information is one of the fundamental freedoms recognized by most democracies in the world as a fundamental pillar in the enshrining of the rights system in general, as it is a fundamental basis in the embodiment of freedom of expression, an important pillar in achieving and promoting the principle of transparency and accountability in the work of state institutions, and combating manifestations of corruption in order to achieve the requirements of good governance.
