الملخص
ملخص: ان مرمى هذه الورقة البحثية هو تسليط الضوء بصورة تاريخية تحليلية مقارنة لموضوع شكل الهيكل الاساس لبناء النظام السياسي الجزائري دستوريا،وعبر كل دستور ومحتواه انطبعت الممارسة السياسية لدى النخبة الحاكمة بميزات صبغتها تداخل وتزاوج شرعيات الثورة والتاريخ مع المنابع والروافد الثقافية والتوجهات السياسية المختلفة المكوّنة للنخبة السياسية الحاكمة،رغم علمنا المسبق أن حيّز الدراسة لا يسمح بالاسترسال في الإتيان بكل الشواهد القانونية والمقاربات الفكرية والفواعل السياسية لموضوع تقاطعت في نواة مركزه السياسة بالتاريخ والممارسة السياسية بمواد دستورية قانونية حملتها ثنايا دستوري 1963،و1976. Abstract : The aim of this research attempt is to highlight, through a historical – analytical comparison, the issue that formed the basis of the Algerian political system constitutionally. Throughout each constitution and its contents, the political practice of the ruling elite has been characterized by features that have been shaped by the overlapping of the legitimacy of the revolution and history with the cultural components and the different political orientations that make up the ruling political elite even though we already know that the study space does not allow to come to all legal evidence and intellectual approaches and political factors of a subject that is considered an intersection of politics and history and the political practice with constitutional articles carried by the 1963 and 1976 constitutions. Résumé: Le but de cette tentative de recherche est de faire un essai de comparaison et d’analyse historique du système Algérien, et évaluer La pratique politique de l'élite dirigeante, qui a été caractérisée par le chevauchement de la légitimité de la révolution et l'histoire avec les sources, les tributaires culturels et les diverses orientations politiques qui composent l'élite politique dirigeante. Bien que nous sachions au préalable que l’espace d’étude ne permet pas de continuer à rassembler toutes les preuves juridiques, approches intellectuelles et acteurs politiques sur un sujet intersecté dans le noyau de son centre politique en histoire et pratique politique avec des articles constitutionnels juridiques dans les articles constitutionnels 1963, 1976.
