الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في الآثار المتوقعة لجائحة كورونا(19COVID-) على الدول العربية على مستوى أهم مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة، وفي ظل الأزمة التي يعيشها العالم جراء تفشي جائحة كورونا، وما تسببت فيه من ارتباك في مسارات أغلب القطاعات الحيوية. كانت أثارها جلية على مجموع القطاعات التي تعد المنطلق الأساس لدعم التنمية في جميع البلدان، الأمر الذي يجعل من التساؤل حول تأثير الجائحة على أهداف التنمية المستدامة أمر حتمي يحتاج إلى النقاش والدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها أن سياسات التنمية بشكل عام والمستدامة بشكل خاص في دول المنطقة العربية التزال مجزأة، ومعدلات الفقر وعدم المساواة بتزايد مستمر، ضعف أطر المشاركة في تنفيذ أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وضعف استدامة هياكل الإنتاج والاقتصاد، وخلق فرص العمل، وغير ذلك. This study aims to investigate the expected effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on Arab countries at the level of the most important indicators of sustainable development, and in light of the crisis that the world is experiencing as a result of the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, and the confusion it caused in the paths of most vital sectors. Its effects were evident on all sectors, which are the basis for supporting development in all countries, which makes the question of the impact of the pandemic on the sustainable development goals inevitable and needs discussion and study.The study found a set of results, the most prominent of which was that development policies in general and sustainable in particular in the countries of the Arab region are still fragmented, poverty and inequality rates are constantly increasing, weak frameworks for participation in the implementation of sustainable development goals, poor sustainability of production structures and the economy, job creation, and more. that.
