الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث دراسة علاقة علوم اللغة العربية بعلوم الشريعة الإسلامية، فمن المعلوم أن علوم اللغة العربية قد كان لها دور مهم في خدمة علوم القرآن الكريم بصفة خاصة، وعلوم الشريعة بشكل عام مثل: علم الحديث وعلم الأصول وغيرها. ورغم أهمية الموضوع إلا أنه نادرا ما نجد دراسات تقاربه مقاربة تكاملية معرفية. لذلك سيكون من مهمات البحث دراسة علاقة التكامل والترابط بين بعض علوم اللغة العربية (علم الأصوات وعلم الصرف وعلم النحو وعلم البلاغة) بعلوم الشريعة الإسلامية. وذلك باستعمال المنهج التكاملي الذي يتجاوز المناهج التجزيئية، وقد تبين لنا من خلال البحث في المصادر الإسلامية أن علماء الشريعة قد استعانوا بالأدوات والمناهج اللغوية لفهم الدين الإسلامي من جهة ولاستنباط الأحكام من جهة ثانية. This research attempts to study the relationship of the sciences of the Arabic language with the sciences of Islamic law. It is known that the sciences of the Arabic language have had an important role in serving the sciences of the Noble Qur’an in particular, and the sciences of Sharia in general, such as: hadith science, the science of origins and others. Despite the importance of the topic, we rarely find studies that approach this topic as an integrative approach to knowledge. Therefore, one of the tasks of the research will be to study the relationship of complementarity and correlation between some sciences of the Arabic language (phonology, morphology, grammar, and rhetoric) with the sciences of Islamic law. This integrative approach that transcends the piecemeal curricula. Through research in Islamic sources, it became clear to us that Sharia scholars have used linguistic tools and approaches to understand the Islamic religion on the one hand and to derive rulings on the other hand. Cette recherche entend examiner le rapport des sciences de la langue au sciences de la charia islamique. On sait que les sciences de la lnangue arabe ont joué un rôle prégnant dans l'évolution des sciences du Noble Coran en particulier, et les sciences de la charia en général, telles que la science des hadiths et la principologie, etc... Malgré l'importance du sujet, on ne trouve guère d'études qui abordent la problématique selon une approche intégrative cognitive. Par conséquent, l'une des tâches de la recherche sera d'étudier la relation de complémentarité entre certaines sciences de la langue arabe (phonologie, morphologie, grammaire et rhétorique) avec les sciences du droit islamique, et ce en utilisant l'approche intégrative, qui va au-delà des approches parcellaires. Grâce aux recherches approfondies que nous avons effectuées en puisant dans des sources islamiques fondamentales, il s'est avéré que les spécialistes de la charia ont souvent recouru à des outils et des approches linguistiques pour comprendre la religion islamique d'une part et pour en tirer des lois d'autre part.
