Résumé

In an attempt to present a managerial alternative for solving problems of health care institution, we try in this paper to demystify the business process management to clarify its contribution to the achievement of performance targets and quality, by modeling and optimizing the process of "re-education" EHS kasdi merbah of Tixraine. We approached the ground and in collaboration with the employees, we modeled this process via the Visio software, we have also proposed three performance optimization points. The attributes of this process was defined as: Input, Output, operating instructions and steering components
