Transfert De Compétences Dans Le Cadre Des Jointventures Euro-algériennes

Résumé
This research aims to study the transfer of competencies through specific inter-organizational relationships, those between Euro- Algerian joint-ventures and their European parent companies. To reach this goal, we were interested to competencies as an object of transfer and competencies transfer tools. At the end of our study we have proposed a framework for analysis of the competence to operationalize the concept for the study of the transfer.We also managed to classify the different tools mobilized. The results show that the competencies transferred are technical and managerial type and focus on the individual and collective level but in some cases insufficiently integrated in organizational level.
