الملخص
يعالج هذا البحث الاستثمار من المنظورين الوضعي و الاسلامي، من خلال مقارنة كل منهما على ضوء عدة جوانب كالمفهوم و المشروعية و طبيعة المصالح المرجوة، إلى جانب كل من الأهمية النسبية لطبيعة الاستثمار، و كذا قياس كفاءة الاستثمار، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم مميزات الاستثمار في الاقتصاد الاسلامي سواء الخاصة بالمستثمرين، أو بالجهاز المصرفي، أو المتعلقة بالاقتصاد الوطني، مع التطرق لتوضيح حكم الاستثمار و صيغه في الاقتصاد الاسلامي. This research deals with investment from the positive and Islamic perspectives, by comparing each of them in the light of several aspects such as the concept, legitimacy and nature of the desired interests, in addition to each of the relative importance of the nature of investment, as well as measuring the efficiency of investment, in addition to highlighting the most important features of investment in the economy Islamic law, whether for investors, the banking system, or related to the national economy, with reference to the clarification of the investment rule and its formula in the Islamic economy.
