الملخص
إن الكتابة في التكامل المعرفي بين البحث الفقهي والعلوم الإنسانية مسألة عميقة كون العلوم الفقهية والقانونية والاقتصادية أضحت مرتبطة ببعضها في كثير من الأبحاث؛ وأصبحت مصطلحاتها متداخلة وتكاد متماثلة وتتقارب في كثير من القضايا، وأدى هذا التشابك فيما بين هذه العلوم في جعل دراستها في كلية واحدة في أغلب الجامعات العربية، ومن هذه الإشكالية كان لا بد من قراءة في منهجية التكامل المعرفي بين هذه العلوم ومعالجتها من أجل خدمة البحث الفقهي، وهذا البحث محاولة للوصول إلى تصور للتكامل المعرفي منهجيا والغاية من هذا التكامل من أجل بناء علمي سليم وصحيح للقضايا التي تبنى عليها الأحكام كونه يقوم على استثمار المعارف الإنسانية المنضبطة. Writing in the cognitive integration between jurisprudential research and the human sciences is a deep issue, as the jurisprudential, legal and economic sciences have become linked to each other in many researches. Its terminology became intertwined and almost identical and converged in many cases, and this intertwining between these sciences led to making it study in one college in most Arab universities, and from this problem it was necessary to read in the methodology of cognitive integration between these sciences and treat them in order to serve the jurisprudential research And this research is an attempt to arrive at a perception of cognitive integration systematically, and the purpose of this integration is in order to build a sound and correct scientific construction of the issues on which the rulings are based, as it is based on the investment of disciplined human knowledge.
