The Algeria launched policies favoring the promotion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their adoption by businesses. The stakes of these ICT and the algerian public policies constitute the objective of this article. Our methodology is based on a literature search allowing us to collect information on the algerian government actions to promote ICT in enterprises and on the stakes of their adoption and an empirical study that we conducted during our CNEPRU project research in three public enterprises in the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou.
