الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر: بديل استراتيجي لتعزيز مسار التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من كونها محاولة بحثية تلقي الضوء على أهمية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الذي يشكل أحد المتغيرات المؤثرة في تطور البلدان ونموها ومؤشر على انفتاح الاقتصاد وقدرته على التعامل والتكيف مع التطورات العالمية، في ظل سيادة ظاهرة العولمة وزيادة التحول نحو آلية السوق وسيطرة الشركات المتعددة الجنسية على حركة السلع والخدمات، وانفتاح الأسواق وزيادة حجم التدفقات المالية. ونظرا لهذه الأهمية، فإن هذه الدراسة تستهدف الوقوف والتأكيد على الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وفي جميع المجالات وضمن أطر مدروسة في تحقیق أهداف التنمیة المستدامة. خاصة أن الواقع التنموي في الجزائر جاء معبرا عنه بأزمة تعاني منها التنمية الجزائرية، ارتبطت بعوامل متعددة ومتداخلة أدت إلى تكوين حالة من التبعية وفقدان القدرة على اختيار عقلاني بين البدائل والاستراتيجيات التنموية الأكثر ملائمة للواقع الجزائري. Abstract: This study derives its importance from being a research attempt that sheds light on the importance of foreign direct investment, which is one of the variables affecting the development and growth of countries and an indicator of the openness of the economy and its ability to deal and adapt to global developments, in light of the prevalence of the phenomenon of globalization and the increase of the shift towards the market mechanism and the control of multinational companies On the movement of goods and services, the opening of markets and the increase in the volume of financial flows. Given this importance, this study aims to identify and emphasize the role that foreign direct investment can play in all fields and within well-studied frameworks in achieving sustainable development goals. Especially since the developmental reality in Algeria was expressed in a crisis affecting Algerian development, which was linked to multiple and interrelated factors that led to the formation of a state of dependency and the loss of the ability to make a rational choice between alternatives and development strategies most appropriate to the Algerian reality.
