الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: الحق في العودة هو من الحقوق الأساسية لأي لاجئ اغترب عن بلده تحت أي ظرف من الظروف التي تحول دون بقاءه في مسكنه و مع أهله بصورة طبيعية و آمنة، و ما ركزت عليه هاته الدراسة هو الأسس القانونية لشرعية الحق في العودة للاجئين ضمن القوانين الدولية و القرارات الأممية التي سبق لها و أن اعترفت بهذا الحق و كرسته في المواثيق العالمية التي تعنى بحماية حقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة و اللاجئ بصفة خاصة، و في الشق الثاني من الدراسة ارتأيت ان ادعم بحثي هذا بالتجربة الفلسطينية مع الحق في العودة للاجئين الفلسطينيين و كذا التجربة السورية مع هذا الحق. Abstract : The right to return is one of the basic rights of any refugee who has been estranged from his country under any circumstances that prevent him from staying in his home and with his family in a normal and safe manner, and what this study focused on is the legal basis for the legitimacy of the right of return for refugees within international laws And the UN resolutions that previously recognized this right and enshrined it in the international conventions concerned with the protection of human rights in general and the refugees in particular, and in the second part of the study I decided to support my research with the Palestinian experience with the right of return for Palestinian refugees As well as the Syrian experience with this right.
