التداولية وأخلاق التواصل -قراءة تحليلية في مشروع هابرماس-

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور وأهمية الفضاء العمومي في تحديد جميع العلاقات الإجتماعية وبنائها عند هابرماس، وكذا دور التداول والتواصل في تصحيح أنسجة العلاقات وبناء تواصلات سليمة وذلك من خلال العناية بالدرس التداولي الذي يحدد أسس الفعل الكلامي وبالتالي إعادة بناء جميع المفاهيم المتعلقة بالإنسان سواءا في مجتمعه أو ككيان، وبالتالي صياغة أخلاق للمناقشة تطابق ما تسعى إليه العقلانية التواصلية في التأسيس لقصد التذاوت، ومنه استحضار الروح الحداثية في التواصل العقلي الموجه بالنقد والمحاججة وادعاءات الصلاحية من خلال استثمار مبادئ التداول، لكي يتحدد الفضاء العمومي في توجيه السلطة وصياغة القوانين وبناء دولة الحق. Abstract: The research aims to highlight the role and importance of the public space in identifying and building all social relationships at Habermas, as well as the role of deliberation and communication in correcting the tissues of relationships and building sound communication, by caring for the deliberative lesson that defines the foundations of verbal action and thus rebuilding all concepts related to man, whether in his community or As an entity, and thus formulating ethics for discussion that matches what the rationalistic rationalism seeks in establishing for the purpose of idleness, and it evokes the modernist spirit in mental communication directed by criticism, argument and claims of validity by investing the principles of deliberation, so that the public space is determined in directing authority, drafting laws and building the state of truth
