انعكاس ظاهرة الفساد على الاقتصاد الجزائري - قراءة لأهم المؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلية في الجزائر-

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة الفساد من بين الظواهر العالمية التي تؤثر سلباً على النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتطور الاستثمار الخاص والأجنبي على حد سواء، جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان انعكاس ظاهرة الفساد على الاقتصاد الجزائري – قراءة لأهم مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلية في الجزائر- بهدف معرفة أثار ظاهرة الفساد على مؤشرات الاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك من خلال عرض لأهم مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلية في الجزائر والمتمثلة في معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الخام، معدل البطالة، التضخم خلال الفترة (2001-2017) هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخري تم عرض ترتيب الجزائر ضمن مؤشر مدركات الفساد من 2003 حتى 2019. أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة أن هناك تنامي لظاهرة الفساد في الجزائر وهذا ما أظهرته منظمة الشفافية الدولية في تقاريرها السنوية، وأن من بين الأسباب التي جعلت الجزائر فاشلة اقتصادياً خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة راجع بنسبة كبيرة إلى الفساد المعشش في قطاعاتها. كلمات مفتاحية: الفساد؛ مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلية؛ مؤشر مدركات الفساد. Abstract (English): We did this study under the title Reflection of the phenomenon of corruption on the Algerian economy - a reading of the most important macroeconomicThe phenomenon of corruption is among the global phenomena that negatively affect economic and social growth and the development of private and foreign investment alike. This study came under the title Reflection of the phenomenon of corruption on the Algerian economy - a reading of the most important macroeconomic indicators in Algeria - with the aim of knowing the effects of the phenomenon of corruption on economic indicators Algerian, through a presentation of the most important macroeconomic indicators in Algeria represented in the growth rate of the gross domestic product, the unemployment rate, and inflation during the period (2001-2017) on the one hand, and on the other hand, Algeria's ranking in the Corruption Perceptions Index from 2003 until 2019 was presented. The results obtained through this study showed that there is a growing phenomenon of corruption in Algeria, and this is what Transparency International has shown in its annual reports, and that among the reasons that have made Algeria an economic failure, especially in recent years, is due to a large extent to the corruption that is endemic in its sectors.
