La Sécurité Culturelle: Une Analyse Du Concept

Résumé

في خضم التحولات العالمية التي حدثت ، والثقافات مفتوحة ومتشابكة والتي يمكن أن تضع المجتمعات في تناقضين في محاولة لإيجاد طريقة للخروج من واقع عالمي مفروض إما عن طريق زيادة وتيرة السيطرة على الثقافة بكل آلياته وأنشطته ووسائله أو عن طريق تلبية متطلبات العولمة الثقافية. لذلك ، يجب على المجتمع حماية شخصيته الثقافية الأساسية والحفاظ على حدوده الثقافية في مواجهة غزو ثقافي منهجي من خلال اللجوء إلى تأمين ثقافته. في هذه الأوراق، حاول الباحث تسليط الضوء على مفهوم "الأمن الثقافي" في تحليل يفهم أهمية المفهوم وتعريفه وظهور الجملة وأسباب استخدامه، مع تحديد أهم العناصر التي تحمي المجتمعات من الاختراق الثقافي والغزو. الكلمات المفتاحية: ثقافة؛ أمن ثقافي ؛ عولمة ثقافية ؛ هوية الثقافية ؛ أفراد؛ مجتمع Abstract : In the midst of the global transformations that have taken place, cultures are open and intertwined which can put societies in two contradictions in an attempt to find a way out of an imposed global reality either by increasing the frequency of control of culture with all its mechanisms, activities and means or by submitting to the demands of cultural globalization. Therefore, society should protect its basic cultural personality and preserve its cultural borders in the face of a systematic cultural invasion by resorting to securing its culture. In these sheets the researcher tried to highlight the concept of 'cultural security' in an analysis that understands the importance of the concept, its definition, the emergence of the sentence and the reasons for using it, while identifying its the most important elements that protect societies from cultural penetration and invasion.
