طاعة الحاكم في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي

الملخص
يقوم هذا البحث بالدراسة التحليلية لإشكالية طاعة الحاكم في الإسلام ، ذلك أن هذا الموضوع يشكل بؤرة الفكر السياسي ورحاه التي يدور حولها، وذلك بالاعتماد على الدراسة التاريخية والشرعية لهذا المبدأ الأساسي في الحكم والسياسة ، إذ نحاول أن نبين إن كانت هذه الطاعة مطلقة أم أنها تابعة بالأساس لحكم الشريعة ، وإن هي كانت خاضعة لأهواء السلطة الحاكمة أم أنها تعتمد على حكم الدين فهي تدور مع مراد الشرع ومقاصده حتى تصل إلى تحقيق مصلحة الناس. وفي نهايته لابد أن تتشكل صورة واضحة إلى حد بعيد للفكر السياسي الإسلامي وكيفية تشكله وغايته ، وستتضح من خلال ذلك رؤية بينة عن قضية السلطة الحاكمة ومسألة الطاعة وارتباط لك ذلك بالشريعة. This research conducts an analytical study of the problem of obedience to the ruler in Islam, as this topic constitutes the focus of political thought and its life that revolves around it, by relying on the historical and legal study of this basic principle of governance and politics, as we try to show whether this obedience is absolute or is it dependent in the first place. The rule of Sharia, and whether it is subject to the whims of the ruling authority or is it dependent on the rule of religion, then it revolves with the intention of the Sharia and its purposes until it reaches the interests of the people. And at the end of it, a clear picture of Islamic political thought, how it is formed, and its purpose must be formed at the end of it, and through this, a clear vision of the issue of the ruling authority, the issue of obedience, and your link with Sharia will become clear.
