دور الترجمة في تعزيز التنوع الثقافي لدى طلبة أقسام الفلسفة في الجزائر : طلبة الدكتوراه بجامعة تلمسان نموذجا

الملخص
مما لا شك فيه أن الترجمة تمثل جسرا ثقافيا و حضاريا بين الأنا و الآخر بمفهوهمها الفلسفي، فقد كانت ولا تزال أداة تواصل ونقل للمعارف بشتى أشكالها ، وساهمت في الحفاظ على الانفتاح و التنوع داخل النسيج الثقافي للأمم. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة وتبيان أهمية الترجمة في تعزيز التنوع الثقافي لدي الطالب الجامعي في الجزائر، ومن ثم دور الترجمة من اللغات الانجليزية و الألمانية والفرنسية إلى العربية في سياق أكاديمي جزائري (طلبة الدكتوراه ،فلسفة وتشكّلات ثقافية بجامعة تلمسان ) في تشكيل وعي الطالب الثقافي وانفتاحه على الآخر. ومن أجل ذلك اتبعنا في بحثنا دراسة تحليلية، حيث اعتمدنا على استبيان للطلبة، ومقابلة مع الأساتذة المكونين، لطلبة الدكتوراه في قسم الفلسفة بجامعة تلمسان في تخصص "فلسفة وتشكّلات ثقافية". وتظهر النتائج الدور المحوري للترجمة في تعزيز التنوع الثقافي و الانفتاح على الآخر في هذا التخصص وهو ما ينسحب على باقي التخصصات الأكاديمية. ولقد تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات، بما في ذلك إدراج مقاييس للترجمة وإنشاء مرصد وطني للحوار الثقافي يكون للترجمة فيه دور فاعل ضمن إستراتيجية مدروسة. Abstract: There is no doubt that translation represents a cultural and civilizational bridge between the ego and the other in its philosophical sense. It was and still is a tool of communication and transfer of knowledge in all its forms. It contributed to maintaining openness and diversity within the cultural structure of nations. This research paper aims to study and demonstrate the importance of translation in promoting cultural diversity among university students in Algeria; and then, the role of translation from English, German and French into Arabic in an Algerian academic context (doctoral students, philosophy and cultural formations at the University of Tlemcen) in shaping the student's cultural awareness and openness to the other. For this, we have used a case study research, where we have designed a students’ questionnaire, a teachers’ interview, and then an analysis of the official program for doctoral students in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Tlemcen in the field of "Philosophy and Cultural Formations". The results show the central role of translation in promoting cultural diversity and openness to others in this specialty, which applies to the rest of the academic disciplines. A set of recommendations were proposed, including the insertion of translation modules and the establishment of a national observatory for cultural dialogue in which translation would have an effective role within a deliberate strategy.
