الملخص:بالعربية إن القانون الإجرائي في الجزائر سعى إلى تنظيم مختلف الإجراءات القانونية المرتبطة بالتقاضي،وحق اللجوء إلى القضاء من خلال سن منظومة قانونية تحقق هذا الحق،ومن خلال دراسة مختلف النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بقانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية نلاحظ أنها مقيدة بإجراء جوهري وأساسي ألا وهو التبليغ الرسمي الذي يعتبر المحور القانوني الإجرائي بصفة عامة تحقيقا بذلك للمحاكمة العادلة،وبالأخص الإجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالتبليغ القانوني للمحبوس نظرا للطبيعة الخاصة التي يتميز بها هذا الأخير وخصوصا بعد ظهور جائحة كورونا وتخفيف الإجراءات على القائم بالتبليغ وهو المحضر القضائي تم استحداث آليات جديدة تندرج في تبليغ المحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية. الكلمات المفتاحية:التبليغ القانوني للمحبوس-حسن سير العدالة-المؤسسة العقابية Abstract: . The procedural Law in algeria sought to regulate various legal procedures related to litigation and the right to resort to the judiciary through the enactment of a legal system that achieves this right,and by examining the various legal texts relating to civil and administrative procedure law,we note that it is constrained by a fundamental and fundamental procedure,namely,official reporting,which is the legal focus of the procedure un general,an investigation of the fain trial,praticularly the legal procedures relating to the legal reporting of the detainee,given the special nature of the latter,especially after the emergence of the corona pandemic and the easing of procedures for the whistle blower,the judicial record,new mechanisms have been introduced to in form the detainee within the penal institution.
