نشاط وكلاء المركبات الجديدة في الجزائر: أي تنظيم جديد؟

الملخص
يخضع نشاط إستيراد وتسويق المركبات الجديدة لأحكام المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 20-227 الذي يحدد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة نشاط وكلاء المركبات الجديدة، أين يهدف هذا البحث لمحاولة تحليل النصوص القانونية التى تبين الأحكام المتعلقة بالشروط المطلوبة لممارسة نشاط وكلاء المركبات الجديدة سواء ما تعلق منها بالوكلاء المؤهلين لممارسة هذا النشاط أو بالمركبات المؤهلة للإستيراد والتسويق، بالإضافة للإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة لممارسة نشاط الاستيراد وتسويق المركبات عن طريق الحصول على التراخيص الإدارية المطلوبة من رخصة مؤقتة وإعتماد نهائي وهذا تحت إشراف أجهزة إدارية مكلفة بمراقبة ومتابعة نشاط إستيراد وتسويق المركبات الجديدة. The activity of importing and marketing new vehicles is subject to the provisions of the executive decree n°20-227 which defines the conditions and modalities for the exercise of the activity of new vehicle dealers. The present research aims to try analyze the legal texts that indicate the provisions relating to the conditions required to exercise the activity of dealers of new vehicles, that is to say those concerning the dealers qualified to carry out the activity of import and marketed vehicles or the type of vehicles qualified for import and marketing as well as the administrative procedures required to carry out the activity of importing and marketing new vehicles which require the need to obtain the necessary administrative licenses, namely that the provisional authorization or the final accreditation is under the supervision of the administrative agents in charge of supervising and following the activity of the import and market the new vehicles.
