الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة الى تسليط الضوء على واقع المقاولاتية باعتبارها نموذجا تنمويا جديدا اقترحته الحكومة الجزائرية على الشباب خريجي التعليم العالي بكل تخصصاته، من خلال منحهم فرص خلق وانجاز مشاريع استثمارية من اختيارهم، يتم تنفيذها تحت رعاية هيئات عمومية معينة تساعدهم ماديا وترافقهم بواسطة خبراء يدعمونهم بالخبرة والتوجيه والارشاد. غير أن الواقع الاقتصادي وبعد عدة سنوات لم يعكس النتائج المتوقعة وذلك لأسباب موضوعية وأخرى ذاتية، تكشف عنها بعض الدراسات الميدانية في هذا المجال. فالباحثون الذين نستند إليهم في هذه الورقة، يشيرون الى عدد من الاختلالات بعضها على مستوى التعليم العالي مثل مستوى المهارات والخبرة والكفاءات المكسبة من قبل الطالب والأخرى تتعلق بالمقاول المستقبلي نفسه، من حيث طموحه وسماته الشخصية مثل روح المسؤولية ودرجة الطموح والكاريزما والجرأة وتحدي المخاطر الى غير ذلك من السمات الشخصية الضرورية لإنجاح مثل هذه الأنشطة. The objective of our article is to highlight the reality of entrepreneurship as a new model of development proposed by the Algerian government to young graduates of higher education whatever their specialties. Indeed, the state offers them the possibility of creating investment projects of their choice, which they implement under the aegis of certain public organizations that support them financially and accompany them through experts to guide them in the execution of their projects. However, the economic reality after several years does not reflect the expected economic results and that because of objective and subjective reasons, revealed by some field studies in this area. The researchers in question, point to a number of dysfunctions, some at the level of higher education, such as the level of abilities, skills and experience acquired by the student, and others related to the personality of the future entrepreneur himself such as the spirit of responsibility, the degree of ambition, the charisma, the daring, the challenge of risk and other personal characteristics necessary for the success of such activities.
