الملخص
تنطوي دراسة المجتمع القرطاجي من حيث أحواله والتطرق لنظمه و مظاهره على الكثير من الغموض، كما تكتنفها صعوبات في معظم جوانبها، فمدينة قرطاجة دمرت ووثائقها ضاعت أو بالأحرى محقت، فضلا على أن العون الذي يمكن أن يقدمه علم الآثار محدود، وما جاء من معلومات في المصادر الكلاسيكية "الإغريقية واللاتينية"غلب عليها الجانب العسكري، أما ما يخص المجتمع فالمعلومات شحيحة ومتفرقة وغير منظمة، ومليئة بالفجوات، كما أنها مشوبة بكثير من التجني والتحامل على الفرد القرطاجي، ومع كل ذلك اجتهدنا في التعامل مع المادة العلمية التي توصلنا إليها بهدف ترتيبها وفق تسلسل تاريخي منطقي، نستطيع من خلالها رسم ملامح المجتمع القرطاجي من حيث المظاهر والأحوال، والتوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن المجتمع القرطاجي حضري يعيش في محيط تفرزه المدينة. The study of Carthaginian society in terms of its conditions and dealing with its systems and manifestations involves a lot of ambiguity, and it is beset with difficulties in most of its aspects. As for society, information is scarce, dispersed and unorganized, full of gaps, and it is tinged with much prejudice and prejudice against the Carthaginian individual, and with all that we have endeavored to deal with the scientific material that we reached with the aim of arranging it according to a sequence Through it, we can draw the features of the Carthaginian society in terms of appearances and conditions, and reach a conclusion that the Carthaginian society is urban and lives in the vicinity of the city.
