The Socioeconomic Approach Of Unemployment In Algeria During (1990-2018)

Abstract
Algeria as one of the developing countries, has worked to tackle unemployment problem through a set of employment policies by the creation of several procedures and programs, which deal with labour and employment in order to achieve stability in the labour market. In this paper, we will try to focus mainly on the reasons that have led to the disequilibrium of the labour market and therefore an increase of unemployment rates. This study will also aim to show the contribution of the various programs and procedures that have been created to deal with the problem of unemployment تعمل الجزائر جاهدة كغيرها من البلدان على مجابهة هذه الظاهرة عن طريق القيام بمجموعة من الإجراءات المتعلقة بالتشغيل وذلك من خلال إنشاء عدة أجهزة وبرامج تعنى بقضايا العمل والتشغيل ومحاولة تحقيق نوع من الاستقرار في سوق العمل. في هذا المقال، نهدف أساسا للتعرف على الأسباب التي أدت لاختلال سوق العمل في الجزائر وانتشار البطالة بشكل ملفت. كما يهدف أيضا، لمعرفة مساهمة مختلف الأجهزة وبرامج التشغيل التي تم إنشائها في الجزائر لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة والحد من خطورتها
