ملخص: لقد أرست الاتفاقيات الدولية عديد الشعارات من أجل التغني بحماية حقوق المرأة، غير أنه رغم أهميتها في تحقيق حماية المرأة وفقا لما تدعوا إليه، إلا أن مسألة الحماية تبقى مجرد حبر على ورق، مما أثار الشك في مصداقيتها، إذ يهدف هذا المقال للوقوف على مدى تحقيق هذه الحماية فعلا على أرض الواقع، ومعرفة إذا ما كانت أهداف هذه المؤتمرات نبيلة أو مجرد أهداف صورية، بشكل تم فيه استعمال المنهج الاستقرائي. Abstract: International conventions have laid many slogans to praise the protection of women's rights. However, despite its importance in achieving the protection of women according to what they call for, the issue of protection remains merely ink on paper, which raises doubts about its credibility, as this article aims to determine the extent of achieving This protection is actually on the ground, and knowing whether the goals of these conferences are noble or just formal goals, in a way that uses the inductive approach.
