الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي لتسليط الضوء على المشكلات السلوكية الصفية التي يتسبب فيها التلاميذ، حيث تبرز هذه المشكلات التي يثيرها التلاميذ في البيئة الصفية كأحد المظاهر السلبية التي أصبحت تعيق الدور التربوي للمدرسة، وتحول دون تحقيق الأهداف التربوية وتسبب الكثير من الصراعات التي تؤدي في الغالب لهدر الوقت والجهد سواء للإدارة التربوية أو للمعلم أو للتلاميذ. وسنحاول من خلال هذا العرض تحدديها وتقديم مختلف المداخل النظرية التي حاولت تفسيرها، وبيان الفرق بينها وبين الاضطرابات السلوكية الشديدة، كما سنسعى لمعرفة مختلف الأسباب التي تدفع التلاميذ لتلك السلوكات، ومسؤولية كل من الأسرة والمدرسة والمعلم في حدوثها، وأخيرا تقديم الأساليب الصحيحة والفعالة لعلاجها والتعامل معها، مع التركيز على دور الجانب العاطفي والعلائقي في التأثير على ظهور هذه المشكلات السلوكية الصفية. الكلمات المفتاحية : السلوك الصفي، المشكلات السلوكية، الاضطرابات السلوكية، المشكلات السلوكية الصفية. Title / Behavioral problems in the classroom: definition, factors and methods of remediation and mode of treatment Abstract : The purpose of this article is to shed light on behavioral problems in the classroom. Which are the result of student interactions in this privileged environment. That is to say in the school environment and as one of the aspects that hinder the smooth running of the learning and teaching sessions. Basically, they can negatively influence the task of the school. These persistent difficulties risk being at the origin of the flaw in its vocation and function as an educational institution par excellence. The cluster of conflicts they generate are so numerous that they affect the schedules of the administrative team, including that of teachers and students. Also, they reduce each other's energy into anecdotes. During our presentation, we will try to delimit the problems in question, and will draw up an inventory of the theoretical contributions which support the explanation of the phenomenon. Additionally, we will focus on contrasts versus proven character failures. Hence the interest in circumscribing the various factors which come into play and which support the behavior of students with the underlined syndrome. We must not spare the inherent responsibilities of family, school and teacher in the current situation. Consequently, we will reflect on both the adequate and effective methods of resolving these problematic behaviors, as well as the different methods of their treatment, based on the contribution of affect and relationships in the appearance of these behavioral disturbances specific to the case of the school.
