الملخص
ملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الإستراتيجية الفرنسية في محاصرة الثورة وتضييق الخناق عليها لتمنع عنها أي مدد خارجي، من خلال مشروع جديد يبرز بجلاء مدى التوتر الذي كانت تعانيه السلطة الفرنسية تجاه الثورة التحريرية، ما جعلها تجند له كل إمكانياتها لإنجاحه، ثم كيف كانت تداعيات هذا المشروع الفرنسي المطبق على المسار الطبيعي للثورة التحريرية في طريقها نحو تحقيق الاستقلال. وبعد معالجة الموضوع يمكن القول، أن المشروع الفرنسي المتمثل في الأسلاك الشائكة كان بمثابة الورقة الرابحة التي تراهن عليها فرنسا في الاحتفاظ ب "الجزائر فرنسية"، وتحقيق هدفها في القضاء على الثورة التحريرية بتغيير مسارها نحو التراجع والفشل، فتمكنت فعليا أن تحقق بعض أهدافها من حيث أنها شلت حركة جيش التحرير وتراجع عملياته الحربية ظرفيا بسبب نقص التزود بالأسلحة، غير أن نجاحها كان نسبيا أمام إرادة جيش التحرير الوطني التي استطاعت مواجهة الأسلاك الشائكة وتنشيط عمليات المواجهة ودعم مختلف المعارك، التي ما كانت لتستمر لولا توفر السلاح. Abstract The study aims to determine the nature of the French strategy in besieging the revolution and tightening the stranglehold on it to prevent any external extensions, Through a new project that clearly highlights the extent of the tension that the French authority was experiencing towards the liberation revolution, which made it recruit all its possibilities for its success,Then how were the repercussions of this French project applied to the natural course of the liberation revolution on its way to independence. After addressing the issue, it can be said that the French barbed wire project was the trump card that France is betting on retaining "French Algeria", Achieving its goal of eliminating the liberation revolution by changing its course towards retreat and failure, so it was able to achieve some of its objectives in that it paralyzed the Movement of the Liberation Army and decreased its war operations circumstantially because of the lack of weapons supply, However, its success was relatively in the face of the will of the ELN, which was able to confront the barbed wire, activate confrontations and support various battles, which would not have continued without the availability of weapons.
