الاصلاحات الجديدة للنظام الصحي في الجزائر (الواقع والآفاق)

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى تحليل واقع تطبيق الإصلاحات الجديدة للنظام الصحي الجزائري وآفاقها المستقبلية، حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج الآتية: - يمكن إجمال أهم إصلاحات وزارة الصحة في الأتي: اعتماد خريطة طريق للصحة، المخطط الوطني لمكافحة السرطان، سن قانون جديد للصحة، استحداث أقطاب استشفائية ذات نوعية من حيث التصميم والتسيير، اعتماد آليات العصرنة والتقنيات المتطورة في تسيير المؤسسات الصحية. Abstract: Through this research we aim to analyse the reality of implementing new reforms to the Algerian health system and their future prospects, as we reached the following results: - the most important reforms of the Ministry of Health can be summarized as follows: the adoption of a health road map, the national plan for cancer control, the enactment of a new health law, the creation of hospital poles of quality in terms of design and management… Résumé: A Travers cette recherche, nous visons à analyser la réalité de la mise en œuvre des nouvelles réformes du système de santé algérien et leurs perspectives d’avenir, car nous avons atteint les résultats suivants : - les réformes les plus importantes du ministère de la santé peuvent être résumées comme suit : l’adoption d’une feuille de route sanitaire, le plan national de lutte conter le cancer, la promulgation d’une nouvelle loi sanitaire, la création de pôles hospitaliers de qualité en termes de conception et gestion…....
