أثر برنامج المرافقة البيداغوجية في تعلم مهارات التدريس لدى الأستاذ الجامعي حديث التوظيف

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معالجة إحدى الزوايا المتعلقة ببرنامج المرافقة الذي يندرج ضمن برامج التدريب والتنمية الموجهة للموارد البشرية للمؤسسة، وبشكل أكثر تحديدا عضو هيئة التدريس في فترة التربص، قصد تأهيله وفق مقاربة ترتكز على تعلم مهنة الأستاذ الباحث، لهذا جاءت الدراسة كمحاولة بحثية حول واقع الممارسة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، والوقوف على الاختلالات الناجمة عن عدم فهم وإدراك الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف لخصائص التعليم العالي وفق نظام ل. م.د (L.M.D ) وقصور في مستوى مهارات التدريس الجامعي من جهة، وعدم وجود أي تكوين مسبق خلال سنوات التكوين الجامعي من جهة أخرى، من أجل ذلك جرى تقييم النشاط التدريبي على مستوى مجموعة البحث بجامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر بالوادي، بما يتطابق مع النشاط المخطط من قبل الوزارة والذي تم تصميمه في شكل برنامج متكامل يظم 22 محور، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج التي تعضد التوجه القائم على اهمية هذا التكوين في تشكيل معارف الاستاذة وصقل مهاراتهم من اجل ولوج قطاع التعليم العالي. Abstract: This study aimed to address one of the angles related to the accompanying program, which is part of the training and development programs directed at the human resources of the institution, and more importantly to identify the faculty member in the period of training, in order to qualify him according to an approach based on the learning of the profession of the research professor. This is why the study came as a research attempt on the reality of practice in higher education institutions, and to identify the imbalances resulting from the lack of understanding and understanding of the characteristics of higher education according to the L.M.D. system and the lack of the level of university teaching skills on the one hand, and the absence of any prior training during Years of university training on the other hand, which reflects the association of the escort project to meet the training needs of the professor concerned, where we addressed the evaluation of the training activity at the level of the research group at The martyr Hama Lakhdar University in the Wilaya of El-Oued, this activity planned by the ministry, which was designed in the form of An integrated program organized 22 hubs, where we deliberated in this imperial study to identify the impact of the pedagogical accompaniment program directed to the newly employed professor in learning the professional skills necessary to practice the tasks of university teaching,
