التنافس الصيني-الأميركي حول تكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس: الأسباب والأبعاد

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس التي تعتبر نقلة نوعية في الشبكات اللاسلكية كمرحلة جديدة كليًا في مجال التكنولوجيا والاتصال بشكل خاص، كما تركز الدراسة أساسا على محاولة تحليل وتفكيك أسباب التنافس الحاد بين الصين والولايات المتحدة حول هذه التكنولوجيا، وذلك بدراسة أهداف وأبعاد هذا التنافس لكلا الطرفين، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى الأسباب الرئيسية وراء الحرب التكنولوجية التي تشنها الولايات المتحدة على الصين وعلى الشركات الصينية المتخصصة أساسا في تطوير تكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس، حيث تبتعد الصين كثيرا على الولايات المتحدة في هذا المجال، وهذا ما أدى غلى ظهور أبعاد أخرى للتنافس الذي قد يتحول إلى صراع إذا ما استمرت سيطرة الصين على سوق تكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس الذي تعتبره الولايات المتحدة تهديدا أمنيا. This study aims to shed light on the fifth generation technology, which is considered a qualitative leap in wireless networks as a whole new stage in the field of technology and communication in particular, and the study mainly focuses on trying to analyze and deconstruct the causes of the sharp competition between China and the United States over this technology, by studying the objectives and dimensions of This competition is for both parties, as the study concluded the main reasons behind the technological war being waged by the United States against China and on Chinese companies specialized mainly in developing fifth generation technology, as China is far away from the United States in this field, and this is what led to the emergence of other dimensions of competition Which may turn into a conflict if China continues to dominate the 5G technology market, which the United States considers as a security threat.
