الملخص
ملخص نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على مرتكزات مشروعية النظام السياسي الجزائري باعتبارها عامل مهما بل مصيري و حيوي في مدى استمراريته و بقائه من حيث أنها لا تقف فقط عند مسألة خضوعها و امتثالها للقانون ، بل تتعدى ذلك إلى كل ما يمكنه ضمان رضا و قبول المحكومين لهذا النظام . غير أن ما تعرفه الجزائر من أحداث تكاد تكون دورية تجلت في شكل هبات شعبية أو إضرابات ذات مطالب جماهرية أو فئوية كان أخرها حراك 22 فيفري 2019 و الذي استمر في الميدان أكثر من سنة إلى غاية تفاقموباء الكورونا ، كل هذا يوحي بوجود مشاكل داخلية يعبر عنها ب أزمة مشروعية النظام السياسي . Abstract: This article strives to clarify the most basic elements of Algerian political system’s legitimacy , as it is considered a vital factor for the continuity and sustainability of this system. However, this concept does not rely only on legality which means the respect of rules and laws, but requires also people’s acceptance and satisfaction of the out put of this political system . Moreover, what Algeria has known as quasi regular events illustrated in many forms as well as popular uprisings and general or specific demonstrations lead by some social classes. And the last popular Hirak that has lasted from 22nd of February 2019 to Corona Virus pandemic crises, proves the existence of big problems inside this system called generally legitimacy’ crises .
