الملخص
ملخص تهدف هذه الورقة إلى رصد وتقييم أداء الدول الأفريقية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحليل بيانات حول أهم المؤشرات المستخدمة في قياس مدى المتحقق في أهم خمسة أهداف رئيسية من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، تتمحور حول القضاء على الفقر والجوع ، وتحسين الصحة وتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وتطوير الصناعة والابتكار والبنية الأساسية. وقد توصلت الورقة إلى أنه وبعد إنتهاء مدة العمل على تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية، أن إجمالي التقدم في القارة الأفريقية لا يزال أقل من المطلوب لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (2030) ، حيث كان مسار تخفيض الفقر أقل من المستهدف ، وقدحققت أفريقيا تقدماً ملحوظاً في تقليل معدلات الجوع عبر السنوات . ولا تزال النساء لا تحصل على حقها الكامل في التمثيل السياسي، وقد اتجهت أفريقيا من بعد عام 2015 للتصنيع وتنفق أفريقيا على البحث والتطوير أقل من المنفق في الأقاليم النامية والمتقدمة ويؤثر ذلك بشكل عكسي على الابتكارات والتحول الهيكلي في القارة الأفريقية. وقد قدمت الورقة عدد من التوصيات للاسراع بتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة This paper aims to monitor and evaluate the performance of African countries in achieving the sustainable development goals by analyzing data on the most important indicators used in measuring the extent achieved in the five main goals of the sustainable development goals, centered on eradicating poverty and hunger, improving health and achieving gender equality and developing Industry, innovation and infrastructure. The paper concluded that, after the end of the period of work to achieve the Millennium Development Goals, that the overall progress on the African continent is still less than required to achieve the sustainable development goals (2030), where the path of poverty reduction was less than the target, and Africa has made significant progress in reducing rates Hunger over the years, Women still do not have their full right to political representation, and after 2015, Africa tended to industrialize, and Africa spends less on research and development than the expenditures in developing and developed regions. This adversely affects innovations and structural transformation in the African continent. The paper made a number of recommendations to accelerate the achievement of the sustainable development goals
