الملخص
يعتبر عقد المشاركة بالوقت من أهم العقود التي ظهرت جديدا في مجال السياحة، وهو العقد الذي يتيح للشخص حصة في وحدة عقارية من أجل إقامة سياحية أو له حق الانتفاع بها مع اشتراك آخرين معه في باقي الحصص على أن يتقاسموا هذه الوحدة العقارية بينهم، وأصبح عقد المشاركة بالوقت شائعا وذو استخدام واسع على المستوى العالمي عموما، وعلى الدول التي يقوم اقتصادها على المنشآت السياحية خاصة، لما له من تأثير كبير في تحقيق الاستثمار على الجانب السياحي.
