التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات ... أشكاله، أسبابه، آثاره –دراسة ميدانية بجامعة جيجل-

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أشكال وأسباب وآثار التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطالبات الجامعيات بجامعة جيجل واللواتي تعرضن للتحرش. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثات اللاتي قدر عددهن بـ 64 طالبة تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أكثر أشكال التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات هو التحرش اللفظي بالدرجة الأولى يليه التحرش الجسدي في الدرجة الثانية. أما عن أسباب التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات فقد جاءت الأسباب المرتبطة بالمتحرش في الدرجة الأولى تليها الأسباب المرتبطة بالطالبة المتحرش بها في الدرجة الثانية. في حين كانت أكثر آثار التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات هي الآثار النفسية بالدرجة الأولى. This study aimed to identify the forms, causes and effects of sexual harassment of female university students, through a field study on a sample of female university students at the university of Jijel who had been subjected to harassment. The researcher used the descriptive method and the questionnaire tool to collect data from the respondents, whose number was estimated at 64 students, who were deliberately chosen. The study found that the most common form of sexual harassment of female university students is verbal harassment in the first degree, followed by physical harassment in the second degree. As for the causes of sexual harassment for female university students, the causes related to the harasser came in the first degree, followed by the causes related to the female harasser in the second degree. While the most effects of sexual harassment of female university students were primarily psychological effects.
