الملخص
: قامت الجزائر بالعديد من الإصلاحات التي مست قطاعات اقتصادية واجتماعية عدة، وهذا محاولة منها لتحقيق تنمية اجتماعية واقتصادية ترقى إلى مستوى تطلعات المجتمع الجزائري، ويعتبر قطاع الصحة واحدا من أهم القطاعات المرتبطة بالتنمية الاجتماعية والمؤثر تأثيرا كبيرا بها، فمن خلال هذه الدراسة سنستعرض أهم نقاط التنمية الاجتماعية وأهميتها في تحقيق الرقي للمجتمعات، وهذا من خلال دراسة تحليلية للفترة من عام 2006 إلى غاية 2017 للتنمية الاجتماعية لقطاع الصحة لولاية الشلف وسنستعرض أهم التطورات التي طرأت على قطاع الصحة لولاية الشلف، ومحاولتها النهوض بالتنمية الاجتماعية في هذا القطاع. Abstract: Algeria has undertaken a number of reforms that have economic and social sectors several, and that an attempt to achieve social and economic development is tantamount to the aspirations of Algerian society, the health sector was one of the most important sectors associated with social development, and poignant significantly, it is during this study will look at the main points of social development and its importance in meeting the betterment of society, and this through analysis of the period from 2006 until 2017 for social development for the health sector to willaya chlef, and will review the most important developments in the health sector mandate-holder Chlef, and trying to promote social development in this sector.
