محاولة الاستفادة من تجربة Aim London لتفعيل السوق المالية البديلة في الجزائر

الملخص
مستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم طرق لتفعيل سوق المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية عبر الاستفادة من تجربة السوق البديلة للاستثمار AIM بلندن، من خلال استعمال المنهج الوصفي عند تقديم خلفية نظرية حول السوق المالية البديلة ثم استعمال المنهج التحليلي عند دراسة قواعد الإدراج ودراسة أداء كلا السوقين باستخدام مؤشرات أداء السوق كعدد المؤسسات المدرجة، القيمة السوقية، قيمة وحجم التداول، وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة اقتداء السوق المالية البديلة الجزائرية بتجربة نظيرتها في لندن في بعض المعايير كإعادة النظر في الطابع القانوني للمؤسسات المدرجة لتسهيل جدب المؤسسات للسوق وكذا الارتقاء بنظام تداول ذات معايير عالمية لتحفيز الاستثمار فيها، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة القيام بتعديلات أخرى تلائم خصوصيات السوق والاقتصاد الجزائري على المستوى الداخلي وعلى مستوى كل من الحكومة الجزائرية وقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على حد سواء لتفعيل نشاطها. Abstract: This study aimed to present ways to activate the Algerian SME market by taking advantage of the experience of the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in London, by using the descriptive approach when presenting a theoretical background on the alternative financial market, then using the analytical approach when studying the listing rules and the performance of both markets using market performance indicators such as the number of listed companies, the market value, The value and volume of trading. The study concluded that the Algerian alternative market should follow the experience of its counterpart in London in some criteria, such as reconsidering the legal nature of the listed companies to facilitate the entrances to the market, as well as upgrading a trading system with international standards to stimulate investment, in addition to the necessity to make other adjustments that suit the particularities of The market and the Algerian economy at the internal level and at the level of the Algerian government and the small and medium enterprises sector, to activate its activity.
