التّخطيط اللّغوي المنتهج لترقية الدراسات اللّغوية في الجزائر. Linguistic Planning Used To Promote Linguistic Studies In Algeria.

الملخص

يتّسم الوضع اللّغوي في الجزائر بالتّعقيد لأن التّكوين اللّغوي فيه يقوم على التّعدديّة الّتي نتجت بسبب الظروف التّاريخيّة أو مجموعة من السياسات الّتي تبنتها الفرانكوفونيّة الجزائريّة. تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة التخطيط اللّغوي الذي تتبعه الجزائر في تطوير الدّراسات اللّغويّة خاصة أنه مِثل أي مخطط اقتصادي أو سياسي، يحتاج لتحديد الأهداف والمهام ورصد الأموال لتحقيقه وتنفيذه. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستنتاج، بإلقاء الضوء على ضرورة صياغة سياسات واستراتيجيات لتطوير الدّراسات اللّغويّة في الجزائر باعتبارها وعاء ضامنا للهويّة الوطنيّة. The linguistic situation in Algeria seems complicated since the linguistic training is based on the multiplicity that is the outcome of the historical circumstances or the Francophone policies in Algeria. This study aims at shedding light on the nature of the linguistic planning in Algeria that aims at developing the linguistic studies especially that it must have specified objectives and roles and allocated money, just like any political or economic plan, to reach its objectives. The study relies on the descriptive-analytical method and inference through shedding light on the importance of shaping policies and strategies in order to develop t he linguistic studies in Algeria since they include the national identity.
