المنفعية وحقوق الاقليات من وجهة نظر ويل كيملشكا

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تطوير مقاربة ليبرالية مميزة لحقوق الأقليات من وجهة نظر كيملشكا، يختلف هذا عن تطوير النهج الليبرالي التقليدي، لأنه لا يوجد نهج تقليدي واحد اذ يوجد هناك تنوع مذهل في وجهات النظر داخل التقاليد الليبرالية، والتي تشكل معظمها من خلال حالات الطوارئ التاريخية والمقتضيات السياسية، لذلك لتحديد نهج ليبرالي واضح نحتاج إلى البدء من جديد، نحن بحاجة إلى وضع المبادئ الأساسية لليبرالية، ثم نرى كيف تؤثر على مطالبات الأقليات العرقية والقومية، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم القضايا التي تطرحها المنفعية من أجل تأسيس نظرية تراعي كل حقوق الأقليات والمكونات السياسية في المجتمع الليبرالي، فالفلسفة السياسية حقل صراع وتجاذبات بين الأفكار الجديدة والقديمةـ لذلك فيلسوفنا يقارب طرحه وفق مستجدات الساحة السياسية في الفلسفة الأمريكية، وهذا المقال هو بحث متواضع جدا حول أفكار الفيلسوف الذي يتطلب منا دراسات وأبحاث من أجل مواكبة الساحة العالمية. This article aims to develop a distinctive liberal approach to minority rights from the point of view of kymlicka, this differs from the development of the traditional liberal approach, because there is no single traditional approach as there is a staggering diversity of views within the liberal tradition, most of which are shaped by historical emergencies and exigencies. Therefore, to define a clear liberal approach, we need to start over. We need to lay down the basic principles of liberalism, and then see how it affects the claims of ethnic and national minorities, highlighting the most important issues raised by utilitarianism in order to establish a theory that takes into account all the rights of minorities and political components. In a liberal society, political philosophy is a field of conflict and tensions between new and old ideas, so our philosopher approaches his presentation according to the developments in the political arena in American philosophy, and this article is a very modest research on the ideas of the philosopher that requires studies and research in order to keep pace with the global arena.
